If you're feeling called toward healing, deeper clarity or simply a place to exhale, welcome to the club. Many people arrive at Reiki unsure of what to expect, only knowing they’re ready for something more (or different) than what they have known or tried in the past.
I offer Reiki sessions to support nervous system balance, emotional clarity, and moments of reconnection. So whether you are well versed in the benefits of reiki, in the middle of change or just beginning to explore a more intuitive path … welcome.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to relax, restore, and self-regulate.
Rooted in the Japanese tradition, Reiki works with the body’s subtle energy to promote peace and balance on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Clearer during times of emotional overwhelm or life transition
Reconnected to their inner sense of knowing
Reiki is not a belief system, and you don’t need to do anything special to benefit from it. Just bring yourself and be open to receiving.
