West Wandering East

Integrative recovery for women in healthcare and caregiving roles who are done performing and ready to reconnect with their energy, their identity and themselves

You don’t need to become someone new. You need to return to yourself.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You've been taking care of others for so long that you've lost the thread back to yourself. You're not sure what you even want anymore.

  • You know something needs to change. You can sense it. You just can't see clearly what that change is yet.

  • You've tried it all therapy, wellness routines, time off. And you still feel like you're performing a version of yourself rather than living as her.

  • Part of you is starting to question whether the life you've been living actually reflects who you are. And that question scares you a little.

I believe deeply in medicine and the capacity it has to help people who are unwell. But after nearly 20 years as a clinician, I began to notice the limits of a model that only addresses what can be measured.

So much of what people carry lives outside the chart:
in the nervous system, the emotional body, the unconscious patterns shaping how they move through their lives.

What I do in this space exists between clinical rigor and something much older, more intuitive and deeply human.

Through modalities including astrology, Reiki and meditation, I help people reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve learned to override in order to keep functioning.

I bring the same discernment I brought to clinical practice.
I just work with more of you now.

This isn’t “woo” in place of medicine.
It’s the part medicine was never designed to hold.
